Based on a hunch, Jack interrupts a team of gun-toting residential burglars assaulting the wife of his former partner and friend, Rick. The primary suspect disappears, while Rick’s wife lies in the hospital in a coma. Frustrated by the inability of the police to find and arrest the suspect, Rick plans to wage a private war for justice and seeks Jack’s help.
